How I work
I keep things clear and practical. No jargon, no theatrics and no forty-page decks. Just straightforward support that helps you focus and move things forward.
Start with the real issue.
Most of the work starts the same way. You tell me what is going on, I ask a few questions to get past the noise and we get clear on the real issue and the decision in front of you.
From there the aim is simple. Cut things back to what matters, agree what good looks like and work out the simplest path forward.
Be clear. Be honest. Keep moving.
- Be clear. Strip things back to what actually matters. No noise, no detours, no over-analysis.
- Be honest. Straight, unpolished advice. No hedging and no performative neutrality. I will tell you what I think.
- Keep moving. Once the issue is clear we decide what to do and get on with it. Practical steps at a steady pace.
Calm, steady and human.
The work is shaped around you, your context and the pressure points you are dealing with. Some conversations are quick resets. Some are heavier, knotty situations.
Either way you get calm thinking, clear language and a partner who is not there to impress you. No junior team behind the curtain and no drama. Just the work.
Start with a short conversation.
Email tim@onepointfourwest.com with a few lines about what is going on, what is pressing in the next few months and any fixed constraints you are working within.
I will come back with a view on whether I am the right fit and, if so, a simple way to get started. If it is not one for me I will say so.
