If you are not sure where to begin

A simple place to start is outlining:

  • What is happening right now.
  • What feels stuck, noisy or unclear.
  • The decision or change you are working through.
  • Any fixed deadlines, regulators or stakeholders that really matter.

You do not need to prepare anything formal. A few plain English lines are enough to start the conversation.
