Sub-processors: a full sub-processor register, including location, role and transfer mechanism, is published at onepointfourwest.com/sub-processors.html. Clients are notified of material changes at renewal or earlier where the change affects processing of client data.

Breach notification: where One Point Four West Ltd acts as a processor, we will notify the client controller without undue delay on becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting their data, and in any case within 48 hours, with initial facts, scope and containment steps. Where we act as a controller, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours where the breach is likely to result in a risk to data subject rights, and affected individuals where the risk is high, in line with Articles 33 and 34 UK GDPR.

Confidentiality

Client confidentiality is governed by the engagement letter and the standard terms of business. Both parties treat information received during an engagement as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties without prior agreement, except where required by law. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.

Anti-bribery, corruption and conflicts of interest

Anti-bribery and corruption arrangements, conflicts of interest processes and supporting policies form part of the FSQS assessment. Full documentation is available on request for client procurement and supplier onboarding teams.
